Welcome

For over 20 years, I've been an advocate for people who are curious about  their world and who aspire to create their own niche. Life has many challenges that give us cause to question our capabilities. We have it within our self to understand and choose how we will handle the situations.

As a profession, coaching is extremely rewarding. Clients are never alone. Our sessions focus on daily activities or long-term projects. My focus is on the client and their needs.

Mindfulness

Since first being introduced to Dale Carnegie's books back in junior high school, I developed an affinity for mindfulness. I've since studied with some of the formidable minds in the personal and spiritual development field; such as Genpo Rossi 'Big Mind Big Heart', Esther and Jerry Hicks 'The Teachings of Abraham', Tony Robbins 'Personal Power Programs', Hale Dwoskin 'The Sedona Method', and Centerpointe 'Life Principles Integration Process', just to name a few.

My credentials and professional life are diverse. I hold a BS in Civil Engineering, a California Teaching Credential, coaching certificate through Erickson International, and am a Certified Cognitive Trainer.

There are many healing modalities I offer during sessions. Such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Time Line Therapy™, Meta-Programming, Voice Dialog, and binaural beat brainwave entrainment technology. My coaching philosophy is derived from studies in Buddhism, Jungian Psychology, Gestalt Therapy, A Course in Miracles, Biopsychology, Creative and Logical Thinking, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Over a period of several months, Debra helped me to explore some personal issues that kept me stuck.  We zeroed right in on what I needed and she kept me on track.  As I got more clarity, my confidence  grew; I busted through limitations and became more effective.
